PROGRAMS
Join my roster by choosing one of the following programs. Training schedules along with additional session options found on registration page.
FOUNDATION PHASE. Designed to introduce the young athletes to multiple areas of athletic development in a fun & positive training environment. We focus on increasing movement awareness, coordination, speed and agility. This program starts a solid athletic foundation and forms the building blocks of athleticism, resulting in superior athleticism for all sports.

High school prep (Ages 12-14)
TRANSITION PHASE. This program is designed to take advantage of the human growth and development of an athlete’s body. We focus on change of direction, acceleration, and power training. We work towards developing flexibility to battle physical growth issues, as well as enhancing speed, strength, power, agility & stamina.

College Prep (Ages 15-18)
GAME TIME PHASE. You have to stand out from the crowd so you can’t do what everyone else is doing. Metrics and on-the-field performance are important when competing for starting positions and scholarships. In this program we focus on speed, strength, stamina, bio-mechanics, and preparation for the next stage of your career.

Speed School (Ages 12-18)
SPEED TRAINING. Designed to train athletes of any sport in the techniques & mechanics of linear speed. We focus specifically on acceleration and improving maximum velocity. Athletes will learn the appropriate movement patterns & technique necessary to have a more explosive first step and improve straight-ahead acceleration and top end speed.

TEAM TRAINING
Provides athletes and teams a comprehensive sport-specific program that insures proper preparation and elevated performance for that team’s season. Focuses on improving linear speed & acceleration, core, upper body & lower body strength, foot speed & quickness, and injury prevention. Athletes will become more powerful & explosive, be quicker on the feet with change of direction, and take away overall improved athleticism for their sport.
BASEBALL/SOFTBALL PERFORMANCE TRAINING (AGE 15-18)
Designed to train and refine baseball and softball players specifically in the areas of athletic development needed for baseball & softball. Focuses on speed & acceleration for getting around the bases; change of direction quickness for fielding; foot speed and first step quickness for getting out of the box and stealing bases; core strength & rotational power for batting; upper body strength for throwing; reducing the risk of injury and more. Athletes will not only take away improved athleticism for their sport, but improved confidence, focus and motivation needed for baseball and softball.
This camp is going to help propel you to the next level if you apply the tools from the camp to your daily regiment
ONE TO ONE
PERSONAL TRAINING. Scheduled at your convenience and modeled after our High School and College Prep programs, we focus on movement, strength, and power, but customize the training to place more emphasis on particular areas of concern to the athlete. The program is designed based on consultation between athlete/parent and CSE coaching staff. For more information about One to One training, please contact us.
